The Program

A structured, supportive IOP for adults — without putting life on hold

Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is built for adults who need consistent, meaningful support, but don't require inpatient care. Participants stay engaged in daily life while building the tools and confidence to thrive.

  • Meets 4 days per week (Mon – Thu) with a choice between daytime or evening tracks.
  • Designed for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional challenges.
  • Receive care from highly trained clinicians using evidence-based treatment.
  • Stay engaged in your daily life, keep working, studying, and caring for family while in treatment.
  • More support than weekly therapy, without hospitalization or inpatient care.
  • Psychiatric and medication management are integrated with your therapy team.
