A structured, supportive IOP for teens - without putting life on hold

Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is built for teens who need consistent, meaningful support but don't require hospitalization or inpatient care. Participants stay engaged in school, family, and friendships while building the tools and confidence to thrive.

  • Meets 4 days per week: Monday to Thursday 4:30 – 7:30 PM
  • Designed for teens ages 13–18 navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and disordered eating.
  • Receive care from highly trained clinicians using evidence-based treatment and tailored to fit your needs.
  • Teens continue living at home, attending school, and staying connected to daily life.
  • More support than weekly therapy, without hospitalization or inpatient care.
  • Family involvement is woven into every step of treatment.

Our adolescent track meets 4 days a week; Monday through Thursday, after school hours between 4:30 and 7:30pm. Teens get intensive, structured treatment and still have time for homework, family, and rest.
